This Sunset Park High School pathway provides students with an educational track that goes beyond standard graduation requirements, focusing on computer science with a specialization in cybersecurity. In addition to their core curriculum, students engage in coursework such as AP Computer Science Principles, Network Security, Ethical Hacking, and Cyber Threat Intelligence. The program culminates in the completion of a comprehensive cybersecurity training, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed for the field. By graduation, students have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications and gain hands-on experience through practical labs and projects, preparing them for careers in computer programming, networking, cybersecurity and further studies in the field.
